Kind of a mediocre film that borrows from the Bourne series. Overall, not a film to instill trust into the intel community. In fact, it instills more distrust into a community that “should be” ethical and have the best interest of the nation at heart.

The wife and I enjoyed making fun of it while watching. The plot holes are laughable.

To me if you want a Netflix action movie, written/produced by the Russo brothers, with an OG Avenger - Extraction was better.

There were too many leaps in The Gray Man for me. But admittedly I have trouble turning off my brain and just enjoying movies like that.

The dialogue was very weak. The jokes were terrible.

This is a good, fun movie if nothing else.

Not even Ana could make this film tolerable. Was just background noise for the most part.

I enjoyed it. Had silly action plot holes but I’d prefer that to the guy realistically dying in the first scene.

Horrible compared to the books. The character names were the same....

I don't think this was meant to be a real life look into the CIA. But that's just me. Maybe don't take this film too seriously.

I don't mind these Netflix movies or any original movies that are being pumped out. It's just something to kill time

What, his 70's porn star moustache wasn't menacing enough for you?

I couldn’t take the head bad guy pulling the strings seriously. Apparently he made it to the top of the food chain and looks like still in his 20’s. Rather see a more grizzled JK Simmons or similar.

Anyone who trusts the U.S. intelligence community is not paying attention.

Do a bit of checking on James Clapper and John Brennan for starters. It's really sickening and disheartening to know such despicable men are making the rules.

Like I said in another Gray Man thread, Evans is an unlikable bitch, but he played this character well if you are familiar with the book.

Court Gentry is always pulling off some crazy stuff in the books. This movie borrowed from at least 3 of the books, but it felt like a Gray Man story to me.
