Homeless Man Stealing From Trader Joes

First of all, BR is a dump. It’s not what it was 10-15 years ago.
Walked into TJs this morning around 8am to pick up some flowers for the wife. I immediately noticed a dirty looking guy scootering around loading up his basket. After a few minutes I proceed to check out and as I’m walking out, I witness this guy just scooter right out of TJs with his basket full of shite. An employee tried to stop the dude and he just kept going. Eventually he made it to the backside of Lulu Lemon where he pulled a backpack out the bushes and loaded all his shite up and hopped on a bike and took off.
I thought about stopping the guy but didn’t want to lose my life over a few groceries. shite is out of control.

Better not. Criminals are more justified than people trying to stop them according to much of modern society.

This shite isn't exclusive to BR. Homeless and retail theft are out of control all across the country. Courts in most cities don't give a frick about thefts anymore so TPOS are emboldened to steal.

I had my daughter with me, you can’t handle situations the way you could 20 year ago.
Hell didn’t they have a dispute that left someone dead in the TJs parking lot a few years ago?
