26.7 for me. Not bad. I’m 5’9 and 181 lbs. If I got down to the weight they say I should be, I’d look like a concentration camp inmate.

Same, except I’m 5’9” 175 lbs. BMI is 25. I’m good with that and so is my cardiologist, PCP and ENT. That’s all that matters to me.

Well my cardiologist says I’m perfectly fine for a guy my age and with my health issues. I eat healthy and exercise regularly. So I’ve got that going for me which is nice.

You're fine if your doc says you're fine, but you probably wouldn't look like a Holocaust survivor in the middle of the healthy range for your height either.
