Juanita written by Chris Hillman and Gram Parsons

this is Emmylou on it with I'm assuming Rodney Crowell, or I wonder if it could be Hillman singing with her? Probably Crowell, who is a legend in his own right.

This is, I believe, my third posting of this in similar threads on this forum.

LINK

A Randy Newman song, in imitation of the Harpers Bizarre version, as performed by the Trashcan Sinatras.

I dare you to listen and not feel moved.

Two that have been posted that I will definitely agree with: In My Life and Down To The River To Pray.

Three that I’ll add:

Not a fan of his politics but…
Neil Young - After The Gold Rush

Everyone knows this band but not very many know this song. Goosebumps every time for me…
The Cure - A Few Hours After This

And this one is an absolute no-brainer to me…
Alice In Chains - Nutshell

Bravissimo!

Beautiful selection. Thank you.

Chamber Music is indeed the most "beautiful" music.

Allegri - "Miserere Mei, Deus" is especially exquisite.

The specific version of, "Lo, How a Rose E'er Blooming" (Christmas at Baylor) would have been one of my entries.

Nothing as beautiful as the human voice (and a choir's multiple voices) to uplift the soul and spirit.
