Eric Holder: “Trump Will Be Arrested & He Will Go To Prison”

On Sirius XM tonight.
And he didn’t say it just as a soundbite or loose tough talk.
Folks, there is hardly anyone more dialed in and pulling strings on the left and in this Administration than Eric Holder. He is very close with Obama and Garland. He is a longtime colleague and friend of Garland and, of course, he is Obama’s longtime right hand man.
So this is as valid a source into where they are going than anyone else.
And he didn’t say it just as a soundbite or loose tough talk.

The House has voted to hold Attorney General Eric Holderin contempt of Congress over his failure to turn over documents related to the Fast and Furious scandal, the first time Congress has taken such a dramatic move against a sitting Cabinet official.
The vote was 255-67, with 17 Democrats voting in support of a criminal contempt resolution, which authorizes Republicans leaders to seek criminal charges against Holder. This Democratic support came despite a round of behind-the-scenes lobbying by senior White House and Justice officials - as well as pressure from party leaders - to support Holder.

I haven’t seen anything that makes me believe they aren’t. Still don’t believe trump goes to prison. That’s prolly not even in their plans. They just want to destroy him and any chance of him making a comeback. Would they enjoy sending him to prison? Hell yeah. They’ve tried already. But he won’t go to prison for the same reason as why they haven’t just assassinated him…cause if anything makes the powder keg go boom, it’s that. The easier route…He doesn’t run & we all bitch and moan on message boards for a couple hours, then go back to sitting on our fat asses & do nothing, per usual

This is so blindsided, they are so drunk with establishment power. Holder, the fast and furious crook of Obama's. Doesn't even see that this should be applied to Biden and the democrats.

“My eyes are on Fulton County first. Look at the Justice Department in 2023,” Holder told the radio show.
Holder said the Justice Department’s criminal charges will likely come after the midterms given the long-standing precedent not to announce criminal charges during an election year.
Still, Holder told Sirius XM he believes Trump will “ultimately” be charged by the DOJ.
“My guess is that by the end of this process, you’re going to see indictments involving high-level people in the White House, you’re going to see indictments against people outside the White House who were advising them with regard to the attempt to steal the election,” Holder said.
He continued: “And I think ultimately you’re probably going to see the president, former president of the United States indicted as well.”
Late last month, The Washington Post reported the DOJ’s probe was expanding to examine Donald Trump’s conduct and his efforts to remain in office after he lost the 2020 election.
In an interview with “NBC Nightly News,” Attorney General Merrick Garland promised his department would “pursue justice without fear or favor.”
