I don't see how you can grade it until we see Bader play.

If the Yankees think his offense plays up in Yankee Stadium (everyone's does to a point, but some people absolutely pop off when they move there) or if they think there is something in his swing or approach they can fix to get more out of him, you've got an elite athlete at center who will give you good to great defense plus speed on the basepaths.

Montgomery has been very inconsistent in his career.

Yankees could of course use Montgomery now, but this isn't a move for this season, its a long term thing.

Not the best slate this weekend, but there’s a few series with playoff implications…particularly the AL Wild Card

Mets host Philly- both teams have been scorching hot

Brewers and cards a huge series obviously

Cleveland visits Toronto while Tampa hosts Baltimore

I’m sure Yankees/Red Sox will still receive the most coverage though

Fernando Tatis Jr. will be suspended for 80 games, MLB announced. The suspension will cover the remainder of this season and will render him ineligible for the postseason. It will continue into the beginning of next year. On the verge of returning, he's done for the year.

#46 for Judge. 70 does not seem that crazy. Why does Boston suck so bad. Even Evoldi has become a gas can. Could Judge get 50 by week’s end? Judge is 6 for his last 7 with three homers against Boston.

It's unusual that playoff bound teams trade away starting pitching like you did.

Yankees: 8th walkoff loss of the season. That's tied with the Red Sox for the most in MLB.

Hitting right now still concerns me. Goldy and Arenado doing most if not all like tonight.

That is true. I expected more from Carlson, Knizner, and O'Neill. Edman has cooled off too.

Yankees are kinda getting what they deserved for that BS. Judge can hit 100 homers, but it won't matter if pitching is going to be erratic, and no one else is swinging the bat.

Yankees won't even get to the WS. Who cares what Judge does. The team will implode in Oct against Houston.

Bader probably isn't playing this season, it's an F considering the Yankees were WS favorites
