re: I haven't heard Kardell Thomas' name at all this pre-season.

Agreed all he has to do is eat the 3 meals the nutrition staff gives him and no snacking then he should lose weight. It’s hard at first but everyone gets used to it.
Btw nice dog what kind is it?

He’s lost at least 20 pounds since the start of spring and has looked good when he’s been in with the ones. He better be ready to go because we all know how o lineman stay injured

Thomas triggered a lot of these guy's White Fragility back in 2020 when he had something to say about social justice. They instantly wrote him off. Now they hide the hate through Fat jokes and been calling him a bust every since his sophomore year.
I had forgotten about that until you mentioned it. I think most fans are just disappointed he hasn't lived up to the hype. He was one of my favorite recruits in the class. I understand he was slowed in development by the injury, but at this point you would hope he would be getting himself in better playing shape.
I hope he gets on track for his own sake because his window of opportunity is shrinking.

I had no idea what he'd said about whatever the frick, nor do I care. Of course one of you'll imagining racism as the answer to any and everything negative that's said again. I wish I was also immune to criticism lmao, must be nice. It's racism even when race isn't even brought up, can you smell it or something? Like gas being turned on the stove? You keep playing make believe and I'll keep living

Tell us, are you losing sleep over this nonsense?

Wasn’t this guy a 5 star?

Yet, he STILL couldn't find his way on to the field when it seemed like the team was desperate for OL to step up
My guy…. He played last year and looked solid.

He's the reason BK doesn't recruit larger lineman very often. He likes them leaner and you see why he has more success with those types. It's not that big guys like KT lack talent, it's that they never can get their weight under control.

Your completely making that up. He's at best 3rd up at LG.

We have missed on so many good players the last 4 years in recruiting. They either didn’t pan out or transferred. The last 2 years have really showcased that on the field.

Why would that be a pun?
“350” as a number answer is a running joke on TD for years.

You really think people actually remember any of that by now? I certainly don't nor do I care. I'm also not going to get upset if Thomas never lives up to the hype. It's fine either way. I do wish him the best even if he said something in the past I disagree with. I really don't care to know or remember.

I’m rooting for the young man. He could’ve done like so many others and quit or hit the transfer portal. Yet he kept his head down and is trying to grind it out. Sometimes I actually wonder if this page has real fans with the way we diss our players. Smh

We definitely need the depth.
But are you saying he was in excess of 370 pounds this spring? Because he's 350 now on the roster update that just happened. I mean 370 is bad on a guy like Bradford who is 6'5, it's really bad on a guy who is only like 6'2 such as Kardell. I'm glad he's going back down again but why is weight still such an issue for him going into year 4? Gotta get that stuff under control.

In an interview with Lonn, he was talking about getting down to 328 and consistently talked about being a starter..

but everyone told us that this would no longer be a problem now that Moffitt is gone
