Let me know when he has lost 30#

Until then, I don't care.

He can lose that weight in 6 weeks.

He is having to work HARD to keep at 350#

He will play this fall. Trust me. Just not where you expected.

If you weigh 350 lbs you can drop 30 in a month and not even have to try.

I give 247 a lot of shite but they were right on about Kardell. Don't forget while he may have been rated in the composite, 247 dropped him all the way to the #22 OG in the country.

I was surprised when I saw him in the Spring game and realized how huge he still is.

It's always been up to him, and it still is. He's still got time, but if he doesn't care enough to even get in shape, there's nothing anyone can do for him.

Unless something changes drastically, I could not have been any more wrong about thinking he would be a great player at LSU coming out of HS. Watching his film he looked strong, mean, and fairly athletic for a IOL. I figured he would come in, take a year or so to get into college shape, and have a good career. NONE of that looks to have happened.

I mean he went to Southern Lab, it's a useless school

all this pre-season.

Dude, yesterday was the 1st day of camp. A lot of you dont have a clue what the hell you're talking about. Just pure speculation. To be honest, none of our current Olinemen have done shite worth talking about... so why single out Thomas?

BTW, yesterday he was seen at RG with the first five.

I don’t get why this kid continues to get bullied on here. It’s kind of crazy for someone that has never really even played. LSU has highly rated prospects that bust every year, but you sure wouldn’t know it

You know why...

Thomas triggered a lot of these guy's White Fragility back in 2020 when he had something to say about social justice. They instantly wrote him off. Now they hide the hate through Fat jokes and been calling him a bust every since his sophomore year.

Everyone had so much hope that he would end up being a stud. I know he got injured his freshman year. I don’t know how that impacted him but he definitely hasn’t lived up to the hype he had coming in. Hopefully he gets his weight problems under control for his health going forward

don't understand why Lester Earl gets down voted so often - he is always insightful

LSU's OL wasn't very good in 2020 and 2021. Yet, he STILL couldn't find his way on to the field when it seemed like the team was desperate for OL to step up.

2020 I think he was still recovering from the injury.

2021 he actually started a couple games down the stretch and looked OK

The weight thing is bad though. I get that he was and will always be top-heavy, but damn. Drop SOME weight, big fella.

The Thomas train has left the station saying, I know I can’t, I know I can’t.

It’s over! I will give him credit for not giving up and keeping the fight up. He was a hell of a LSU recruiter trying to get guys on board! Still my favorite mauler watching his camp highlights and watching him run that leg on the 4x100 relay!!!

He's a giant meatball with two toothpicks for legs. Top heavy OLmen dont do well in the SEC.
