During the Ida aftermath I didn't have power for almost 3 weeks. I would take a cold shower everyday when I got home. It wasn't so bad because the house would get scalding hot during the day so the 1st 30 seconds was lukewarm then it got cold but my that time your body was adjusted. I ended up losing 20 pounds. Now I was eating lighter than normal but it wasn't just that. There are numerous youtube videos about how cold showers have health benefits.

I regularly take cool showers after doing yard work or something like that. However, I’ve got to have a little warm water in to temper the mix….can’t go with cold water alone.

My shower has the one handle thing going and I rotate it as little as I possibly can and it's just not cold this time of year.

I shower normal temp then lower the temperature until it's cool to cold that way in not sweaty getting out the shower on a hot day.

I take one everyday.
Last summer in Dillon CO I tried to tolerate a cold shower…..holy. shite.

Nothing worse than a warm shower and when you get out you’re sweating already. But I start the water Luke warm then gradually cooler not cold really.

Yes. But not like ice cold. If I’m sitting doing projects in the heat all day, love a cold shower.
There’s a way to do it. You can’t just jump into a cold shower. I get it going small normal hot temps. Then slowly crank it down little by little till it’s the perfect cold to feel amazing.

I always like my showers hot. Then I put on sweats and a hoodie with it 105 outside and 72 in the house. Used to being in the heat all day.

Daily.
I havent used hot water in the shower since late May or early June.
Cold only, although the ‘cold’ is usually slightly cool most days and borderline warm on the really hot days.

I work in the heat all day long and get pretty dirty. I take cold showers every day. Very refreshing

No but I do jump into the pool a couple times a day to cool off.
