He is certainly off to a good start. The proof will be:
1. If he can continue the current trend.
2. Can he get the “ commits” to sign and make it to campus.
3. Develop them into players than can contribute to winning championships.

These comments are so hilarious. The OP literally asked about everyone's feelings.

No one has played so there are no "results."

It seems like he's doing well, but no one knows until the games are played. A lot of five stars don't work out. Three stars sometimes work out great.

Recruits change their mind and change teams - sometimes it helps LSU, sometimes it does not.

I don’t care either way. I don’t Invest a ton emotionally.

I just know how championship teams are built at lsu and it’s on the backs of local kids.

They’ve built the staff out to reflect as such. Early commits from 3 star LBs out of Georgia don’t not really excite me.

I do think some people wish we were doing better in Louisiana though.

People bitch that croots aren’t loyal to the state anymore and then bitch when we recruit nationally.

In summation: people bitch.

It seems our NIL game is picking up that will help CBK. The main concern is still elite OL. I believe this years Oline will execute better than previous years, but it will take 2 years to compete with BAMA, Georgia, Clemson, and Ohio state.

I think Kelly gets some latitude for the first year but he’s doing okay. He’s missed on some top in state talent but there’s more left to bring in.

I think our recruiting has been spectacular. If you watch the videos you can see that these recruits are highly skilled for there individual positions. The wrs have great run after catch. The ends use there hands and have great motors. The corners have great feet and hips and are disruptive and actually play corner.

The old staff took a lot of athletes in hopes of putting them at a new positions. Aka Desmond little jack bech and Cole taylor

And usually we just recruit big jump ball Wrs.

Isn't getting excited an emotion?

Getting his shite packed in La this year, but that’s not really his fault.

Wait...why isn't this his fault? Especially since he specifically hired 4 LA-centric recruiters (Frank, Davis, Sloan, and Hankton)
