Do you have a single event that "red pilled" you?

I can't point to a specific thing but the government burning up kids in Waco probably changed me.

Interesting question. I'm not sure there was any one event, even recently that did this. Just sort of a slow Chinese water torture of examples.

That said, I'll never get over the public's response to Covid and how the media made that happen. When that first went down I felt confident that Americans would mostly tell governments to get bent. Instead, they bent over and raised their skirts faster than anyone in government could have hoped for. When that happened, I lost a ton of faith in most of my fellow Americans, and you could see governments across the world jump at the chance, because it was clear people would fall in line regardless of what they foisted on them.

I’ve always been conservative but watching that sketchy late night live vote for Obamacare when nobody had read the bill ( which I’m sure happens all the time but for that large of an issue .. Congress couldn’t even be bothered to read and vote on such an important bill)

Someone making the comparison between the document and standard MS Word layouts (Times New Roman font, spacing, etc) made a lightbulb come on as to it being fake. Rather digging in by claiming that the Texas Air National Guard had some rare exotic setup that could produce something like this and the media rallying around him fully red pilled me because I knew they got caught red handed making shite up to try and steal a presidential election.
