It’s out in the country. Closer to Loreauville than New Iberia.

There are some nice houses on that road

I don’t dislike New Iberia. It’s too close to the coast but I’m stuck here now

There are $100k shacks down the street, and that is being generous with the inflated market.

No reason for that there, and I don't believe for a second its worth $2 mil. You can pick up a similar house in a desirable area in the 1-2 mil range, at least in Louisiana... if you consider any part of Louisiana desirable.

I know the guy, he’s nice. but real new Iberia haircut like. Def has truck nuts and skinny jeans with cowboy boots

He started the stained concrete trend locally and his business exploded

Damn. The front looks so tacky and ugly compared to the back


Edit: I dunno the more I look at it the tackier the back seems as well

He’s friends with my BIL and has done concrete work for my in laws house.
