Because the left hates the 4th (seen all the tweets last week about it?), he knew there would be a conservative crowd in attendance and those were his targets, it’s not hard to figure this stuff out.

The "conservative belief system" is that nobody, including the guy pictured in the OP, should receive some sort of evaluation before buying a semi-automatic rifle.
