LL bean is a good one. Ordered a shirt. It got lost in transit. Customer rep called me, apologized and sent out a new one. Even though it took an additional week to get there, I felt like a valued customer because the guy talked like a human being and attempted to make it right.

AirBNB is an awful one. If there’s an issue, you’re in your own. Their reps are trained to say generic shite calm you while having no answers or solutions. You can tell they are reading from a script.

Amazon has been very accommodating when something is messed up. They get it fixed quickly.

Popeyes always has everything on the menu, fresh, and ready to pack into a bag and go, in qualifying time. This is accomplished by bright, articulate, attractive, employees who exhibit a wholehearted commitment to a quality customer experience.

Yep. Got fricked by them this past weekend. Showed up to the property and it was locked, host wouldn’t answer. Support was hard to get a hold of. Host finally responded once support got involved, saying “the AC was out” and offered to set me up in a different place. I noped the frick out. Support didn’t offer to get me a different place, only a voucher for the amount I had paid. I ended up forking up twice the amount I had paid to stay in a chain hotel.

amazon will take shite back even after 30 days if you call them

costco will take anything back

google...lol. i use a shitton of google crap and i'm 100% sure i've never spoken to an actual human at that company. cross your fingers and hope you don't have a major issue because you're SOL if you do.

schlage and american standard have great customer service; they both sent me brand new products when i had a problem; never even asked for a receipt. just a few minutes on the phone with a friendly rep and 2 days later new smart locks and smart faucets in the mail.

Truth. I had to call them because someone tried to open a credit in my name. The lady was so awesome I actually opened a card.

In a match race of which turd is more polished, I would say Lowe's is noticeably better than HD.

I wouldn't say that at all. Maybe it depends where you live.

This for sure. I haven't had tons of issues with Amazon, but any time I have they usually handle it very well. I've had shite lost and replace items sent, only to eventually receive the original item and they always tell you to just keep the extra one. Or they refund money with basically no questions asked.

I deal with Dell at work. I find them to be awesome. Custom quotes, quick shipping of parts under warranty. Never been hassled.

Xfinity/Comcast- hard to be any worse than them

AmEx- great

I called a couple of state offices (TX) recently and they were shockingly helpful.
