What if it wasn't a company rule in any form, like, not in the Employee Code of Conduct, or in the Employee Handbook? What if it's just some butch woke employee that can't stand the fact that she's pretty and outspoken against liberal wokeness in her own Instagram account, where she never mentions her employer? Would you still feel this way?
