So many arguments seem to assume that pregnancy is a random unfortunate event over which women have no control.

If these two sisters can't "imagine being forced to raise a child ", then they have lots of choices, none of which involve abortion. They can use birth control, get sterilized, tell guys they have to use a condom, or just not have sex.
