Master list of bad driving tropes

Driving slow in the left lane is an obvious baseline, but here are some others that rankle:
--During a left turn at a light, refusing to move forward fully into the intersection prior to actually being able to turn left. This often results in ONLY the bad driver getting to go.
--When moving out of a lane (in either direction), doing so at an extremely lazy angle which leaves them still blocking the lane they were in
--a variant of #2 above: on a divided road with a median, making a left turn and not pulling the entirety of their vehicle into the gap in the median (thus, continuing to have their arse stick out in the moving lane).
--Pulling out in front of you without taking the marginal effort to see there is NOBODY behind you for miles, so if they just waited 2 more seconds, they could go as slow as they wanted without blocking anybody
--Moving from their lane on the Interstate to your lane (in front of you) to pass somebody that was in their lane...but then NEVER immediately getting back over to their original lane once they passed. (This is sort of a more nuanced "going too slow in the left lane" situation)
--Never using cruise control, thus causing you to pass and re-pass them as their speed randomly meanders over the miles (despite your speed never having changed once)
keep going...
ETA:
--not pulling up all the way to the crosswalk when at an intersection; they leave like .5 - 1.5 car lengths there for...? This one pissed me off because it's pure efficiency loss for the system that cannot be regained.
--basically ANY braking at cruising speeds. I will often see their brake lights come on, seemingly randomly, while going like 55. You basically should never have to use your brakes when cruising except for unique/acute events that really require maneuvering. I'll also add here that people have no idea how to defensively use the accelerator to get out of bad situations...they ALWAYS fricking brake.
--2 lane highway, sometimes in hilly/mountainous areas. One RV or just otherwise slow vehicle with a line of 5-10 cars behind them...and they won't just give the courtesy pullover to let the bottleneck pass (even in designated spots for such).
--Another similar one: 2 lane highway, every 20 miles or whatever it goes to an additional lane on one side to allow passing (i.e. easing of the bottleneck). 2 variants:
a)the bad driver DOES NOT GET RIGHT IMMEDIATELY when the new lane emerges
b)the bad driver gets right but then proceeds to go 20mph faster than when it was just 2 lanes, making it much harder to actually pass them

Two of my biggest. I never understand why people want to pull out in front of you, then go 40 in a 55.

Not knowing how make a left turn on a divided road. Quit hugging the median!
ETA: It is legal to turn left on red if you are on a one way turning on to another one way.

Using the cellphone while driving and being oblivious to what is happening on the road. Texting at a red light and not noticing when it turns green.

I think you covered all the ones that really bother me.

-Stopped at a red light, texting and not realizing that the light turned green, then realizing that the light is green just in time to let 2 cars go
-Leaving an entire car's length in front when first in line at a light...WHY?
-Having no awareness of future moves and making last minute turns, causing everyone behind to slam on their breaks.
-Slow cruising in middle or left lane, with no awareness of people around
-Forgetting to turn blinker off

Speeding up to pass someone to exit with the exit in sight. Also known as the Nola East Maneuver.

Slamming on the brakes in the left lane to make a U-turn in an unprotected crossover.
Airline Highway in Ascension Parish, I’m looking at you.

Stupid people trying to make an unprotected left turn onto a busy boulevard and waiting five minutes for a gap in traffic instead of making a right turn onto the boulevard then a u-turn 300 yards down the boulevard.

Staying i the right lane when a road splits, trying to get in front of everyone in the left lane who has been waiting in line well ahead of time to merge.

Criminals driving 14 mph under speed limit

Cutting over to the far right lane to be first at a red light preventing everybody behind you who’s actually turning right from doing so.

Are they still moving?

When people get over and take 10 minutes to pass. The left lane is the passing lane. Doesn’t mean go 61mph if the other car is going 60mph.
Flashers while it’s raining.
Anyone that slams their breaks when it starts raining or they get to a hill/ bridge.
I’ll also never understand people who slow down to pass 18 wheelers.

You're supposed to merge when it's time to merge... Not way early creating a stupid line of people trying to block people merging appropriately. You're the problem.
Eta op should add the poster's example I was responding to to the moronic trope list.
