Thanks for all the info guys! We survived Kenner and NOLA. Ricky's Liquor store was great, so was Total Wine. We stayed at Hilton Garden right beside the Ponchetrain Center, the rooms were shite holes, the lobby area was nice and that's where we all hung out. Left there after Sunday and wen...

We are headed down this weekend for a cheer comp in Kenner, any recommendations on a good place to eat? I haven't been to the New Orleans area in 20 years, any travel tips form you guys, places to go or avoid? Also, me and a some of the other dads are bourbon drinkers, are there any liquor stores...

I check my food for hairs because that is a phobia of mine, and all that does is gross me out. I believe if I had a severe allergy, id take the 2 seconds to take a look to make sure said item was not on my food....
