Norman just called Rory “brainwashed” publicly last week. I can understand Rory taking a shot at Norman. Even if it’s out of character for him.

his "21 victories" comment kind of confirms that he is brainwashed. Who really cares about # of PGA victories anyways?

Koepka understood it years ago as he claimed to only care about the majors. Outside of the majors, it's about making money as a professional.

In a few years, no one will care how many PGA victories a player has.

Jim Nance made a comment that there was 6000 people around a par 3 yesterday at the RBC making a jab at LIV because it was reported that was the total amount of spectators at the inaugural LIV tournament all three days.

That's an over statement It was a 3 second comment that he casually dropped in the conversation with no follow up. He didn't pop off about it.

Well then come back in a few years and post your stupidity cause they’re still using PGA victories as a measuring stick now. As for Brooksie, if he only cared about majors he wouldn’t have bothered with other events. And yet he did. He cared a little about them, no?

Koepka is a douche who wants everyone to believe he’s too cool to care about anything

& has won the same amount of majors as Rory.

but he only has 8 PGA Tour wins, so apparently Rory is much better.

Not really arbitrary when it was Koepka's first full year on the tour. He turned pro in 2012 and spent two years on smaller tours. In 2014 he got through a few qualifiers and had some sponsor exemptions and started to really play well at the end. 2015 was when he had his first full PGA schedule and broke out. Laugh all you want though if it makes you feel better.

ETA: He didn't even get a card until he finished 4th at the US Open in 2014.

As another poster mentioned, that's the 1st yr Koepka was full-time PGA (16 events). I guess we can include Rory's 3 PGA, 2 Major wins for 2013-2014 if you want, but that was Koepka's rookie season & Rory's 6th.

Koepka and Rory are 1 yesr apart in age, so setting the year at which Koepka was finally good enough to reach the tour makes no sense. Rory was better earlier so he was able to get on tour, hence why Rory’s career he been better than Koepka…..
