I like the breakfast sandwiches on English muffins. I'll get a sausafe muffin without egg at McDonalds sometimes. With drink it's only $3.27 right now.

On weekends, I'll use one of these to make breakfast for my wife.

I know people mock these machines, but my experience has been good.

Get the frozen sausage patties from Walmart - they're precooked and the perfect size. I've found that the cheese singles melt too much on the machine, so I add it after.

Another breakfast my wife likes is runny-yolk eggs over cubes of toast or biscuits.

I usually eat breakfast around 9:30-10:00 in the morning. I alternate between oatmeal with blueberries, raspberries and/or pomegranate arils and pecans or walnuts; cereal with the same or bacon and eggs. I always have Ezekiel bread topped with mashed avocado as well as juice…beet, pomegranate or açaí/blueberry/pomegranate.

I'll address this first. You must have me mistaken for someone else. Even as small as my dick is, it's very visible. And what's wrong with being 50 something? Are you going to stop giving terrible advice in your 50s? No, you're not, and it will be just as bad as what your low IQ self does on here. Do you ever wonder why you get into some much shite here/ You have had to stop and think about it at least once.

anyway, i'm just not hungry in the mornings.

I'm the same way. I don't get hungry until about 3 hours after I wake up and at that point I usually just wait for lunch.

Only eat breakfast on weekends, usually scrambled eggs, mixed berries, and a banana with almond butter.

I eat a Cliff Builders protein bar on my drive to work. They are found near the protein mixes in most grocery stores.

If I eat breakfast I am hungry all day so I skip it. I have "breakfast" for dinner 1-2 a week. Fried eggs and toast are just hard to beat.

i don't, but i need to start (per the neurologist). research shows a definite correlation between fueling the brain in the morning and prevention/delay of dementia which runs in my family.

As someone who lost both parents to the worst form of Alzheimer's you can have, I have faced this issue. My parents doctors told my sister and I we have an 87% chance of suffering the same fate, unless we change our diets. Their recommendation was a high fat low carb diet, i.e. keto. I was already practicing that somewhat do to being a former fatty. I blew up like a balloon after I quit smoking.

So, to keep from boring you with details, this is my basic breakfast that I eat every morning, before I hit the gym, and it carries me from the gym through my cardio which is a long bike ride every morning. Beats the hell out of a stationary cycle. The basic breakfast is a cup of Greek Yogurt, a banana, and a small cup of nuts with some cubed cheese. After my workout I usually eat some eggs and sausage, or if I'm feeling lazy I'll make a protein shake with frozen fruit as the ice and whey protein powder.

My doctor loves my annual blood tests, but I also take a few supplements and vitamins.

Mainly just on weekends when the wife is not heading out the door for work. I'm retired and after she leaves for work I may have a piece of fruit at most, but usually just a few cups of coffee for me.

Now, on weekends I'll fix bacon or sausage, hash browns or grits, eggs fried, toast or biscuits and coffee for our breakfast.

A couple times a month if she sleeps late we'll have a brunch and I'll mix up some Bloody Mary's to go with it.

I am never hungry before 12. Rarely, if ever, eat anything before 12.

Sometimes I go even longer, like 1 or 2 before eating.

It’s ridiculous to think there is a correlation between breakfast and dementia.

The healthiest thing I was ever told (by my doctor) was to never eat anything after 8pm. I had been eating late (sometimes) for 40 years and simple act of not eating anything after 8pm has done wonders for my sleep and overall health.

My lunch is breakfast. My dinner is lunch. And my late night snack is my dinner.

Edit: I feel like id be worthless at work if I ate 700 calories for breakfast. My 8:00 to 11:00 am at work with 2 cups of coffee is when im getting shite done at full mast.
