If you're talking Jan.6, then maybe he should have clued into the trap being set when Nancy refused to increase Capitol defense, as he requested.
Trump sees what he wants to see, and is blinded by his hubris.
A calculating man who was the target of a fake 2 year long investigation over a made up Dossier than impeached 2x's over bogus claims should have seen this coming.
Trump didn't.

well, Biden's little fake treaty isn't binding. It Constitutionally has to be approved by the Senate.
...
I would say that would never happen, but I didn't expect a bunch of pussy republichickens to go along with 40 billion to corrupt Ukraine.

Shoulda worn a longer skirt.
The treatment of Trump is exactly what you will see when overturning the established order. But you keep re-writing history.

Yeah you sit there and wait for SCOTUS to do away with it
I’m thinking a federal judge in Florida finds it unconstitutional and that is upheld on appeal so it will be worthless for a good while until scotus and I doubt they overturn centuries of law

A treaty has to have 2/3's Senate. No way that happens. But maybe they pull off something like Obama and now Biden did with Iran. They entered the US into an agreement with another nation with no congressional approval. Just an agreement between State Dept (executive) and a foreign country.
Because Congress has allowed that it laid the ground work for entering into agreements/treaties without congressional approval.
If the State Dept can enter into a nuclear agreement with Iran without any Congressional approval that represent the people, then why can't the CDC, NIH, HHS enter us into an agreement with the World Health Organization.
Obama did this to set the precedent that the Executive Branch can have the US enter into foreign agreements without approval. It was a massive power grab and then a WHO agreement is flaunting that power grab and setting it in stone. Congress better not let this happen.

GOP swampers and non-swampers should be ashamed of themselves for collectively being so ineffective and not caring about their electorate.

Biden admin just digging that hole deeper and deeper. Why the hell would anyone want the WHO, whose credibility as been blown to pieces during Covid, to be in charge of anything in this country? I was kinda skeptical of believing world leaders trying to reestablish a new world order but when I see shite like this it makes me wonder.

There Is ‘No Way’ Florida Will Support W.H.O. Global Pandemic Treaty

Here W.H.O. This is for you and your fraud pal Joe Biden.

I agree, until it is binding... look at how much power that congress has ceded the executive... that kind of stuff should not be happening but it is and does every day...

It should have to be approved by the Senate... damage can be done by simply entering into an agreement which sets things in motion that takes years at best to be undone...

Which Governors follow suit?
This is why the Georgia baws have got to bury the hatchet over Kemp. Anything Desantis does, Abrams will throw it in hard reverse for Georgia. No questions asked. We will do irreversible harm to Georgia if that crazy person wins.

In the very least he understands the word "sovereign"?
Posted on 5/24/22 at 8:07 am to Wtodd
If the fed is handing over sovereignty to the states without consent, it should be every governor’s duty to say no.

No, he's supporting the rule of law.
The executive branch negotiates treaties but the Senate (by 2/3 vote) approves them or not. The President can't just sign us into some bullshite treaty where some foreign entity has superior rights on US soil than neither the state nor federal governments, at least without 2/3 of the Senate signing off on it first.

I agree with you but who or what is going to stop the Turnip from signing an agreement that sets things in motion that are not easily undone...
Did Congress ratify the Paris Climate Accord? Sure Trump pulled us out but Turnip puts us right back in...
Congress should be the one reeling this administration in on this but they are not...
