Government policy openly promotes open borders.
Government policy makes immigration from historically white countries just about impossible.
Government policy does not foster or encourage white self interest. Quite the opposite, policy does just the opposite.
Openly Jewish groups openly celebrate the end of white majority status. Those groups all fund, lavishly, the democrat party.
It's Protocols of the Elders of Zion stuff but it's not 'natural' either.

I didn't even know what the frick the great replacement theory was until our media started talking about it yesterday.
Now, Democrats and media are implying that all white nondemocrats adhere to that theory.

So Joe why have Obama, Congressional Dems and now your administration fight to keep borders open and encourage illegals who have no skills to come to the US so wd can provide for them and their families. Why do you ignore the law? Why do you permit our border to be open even during a world wide pandemic?

It sounds like they're employing the Snope's cat-lady strategy. If something was true and she didn't want to admit it she'd find some fringe idea, attach it to the true thing then try to present them as a package that she could discredit.
The left has been crowing about whites becoming a minority for years. On MSNBC yesterday, I caught bits and pieces. The host and experts were basically saying that the theory involves a kabal of Jews secretly and slowly destroying white people by having them bred out of existence. They acknowledge that it's a fringe theory... but also imply that it's a general belief of most right wingers.
