Gunman, 18, drove more than 3 hours to Buffalo to commit hate crime: Payton S. Gendron, 18, of Broome County has been investigated by law enforcement before.

….In June 2021, police in Broome County were called by officials of a local high school who told them Gendron had threatened violence in comments made to fellow students.

“A school official reported that this very troubled young man had made statements indicating that he wanted to do a shooting, either at a graduation ceremony, or sometime after,” the same government official familiar with the case told The News.

State Police were sent to investigate and Gendron, under a section of state mental health laws, was referred for a mental health evaluation and counseling, the official said.

Well...that worked out well.

It also seems to conflict with the "manifesto's" implication that was a "last straw" action.

He used the same symbols in his manifesto as the Christchurch shooter and the AZOV Battalion. He's a literal Nazi. He is a pawn of the left.

Pretty clever of the left to fund the Nazis in Ukraine.

They can use them to commit their mass shootings and paint all whites as racist assholes. Problem, reaction, solution. The solution would be to take our weapons.

It's no coincidence that every tragedy the American Marxists and Gaslight Media try to pin on America First patriots/MAGA is without exception a mentally deranged person who is not acting out in political anger but because they're mentally ill. On the other hand all the violence and mayhem from the leftists is purely for political reasons.

What else could they do at that point? He had committed nothing but WrongThink at that point in time.

Twitter couldn’t even suspend his account if he were in Texas, much less any type of red flag law situation…

We will likely come to find out that the FBI had been investigating him as well. Knowing the FBI, they frickin bought him the weapons.

This goes back to my main belief that kids showing mental health issues should be barred from buying a gun until at least 21 and have to get a positive psychiatric review before buying one.

More than half of these nutty mass shooters show severe mental health issues and violence in school.

The shooter’s FBI handlers no doubt provided assistance on putting that paste & clip dissertation together.

So, obviously the mental health department in New York is operating on the same time line as the FDA.

Slow or non existent. Maybe they are stuck on Cuomo and the new act in Albany ...the second nut case Governor ...

Enter that pertinent data in NICs and that would have stopped him from legally obtaining a firearm?

It is hard to believe that his Zoom appointments with mental health professionals that were necessary because of the Covid lockdowns were not effective in treating his mental illness.

This is my biggest problem with these threads that pop up after every event. It's like people are pissed the FBI didn't throw him in jail for life because he made threatening comments.

They went and talked to him and pushed him to a psych eval. What more do people want?
