Have we finally reached peak outrage in the latest fight over Georgia election laws?

Lost in all the current furor, between Florida banning gay students, Elon Musk setting the Constitution on fire by employing the First Amendment, and the country being cast into the dark ages over the right to kill infants, there is more attempted outrage simmering in the state of Georgia. More voting controversies are being claimed, and the rationale offered is only getting dumber.

Priorities USA explains in a statement:

“The requirement of a ‘wet’ signature on an absentee ballot application simply creates a pretext to unfairly disqualify voters, particularly Black and brown voters, from their constitutional right to vote. This rule is yet another attempt by the Georgia Legislature to suppress voting rights,” said Guy Cecil, Chairman of Priorities USA. “Onerous requirements like this have historically been used to dilute the political power of marginalized communities. Priorities USA has been fighting voter suppression in the courts since 2015 and we will continue to work against these discriminatory policies.”

a signature is an onerous requirement?

and I MUST hear the explanation on how POCs are less likely to be able to operate an ink pen.

When did a person's signature become racist?

Incredibly bigotry of zero expectations

They’re saying they can’t even be expected to sign a ballot making it seem like it’s an equivalent to a poll tax.

These people have zero shame

Love when you remind them how hard democrats fought against absentee ballots in Georgia and now allowing every driver to be automatically registered to vote was also a Republican initiative.

“The requirement of a ‘wet’ signature on an absentee ballot application simply creates a pretext to unfairly disqualify voters, particularly Black and brown voters, from their constitutional right to vote...” said Guy Cecil, Chairman of Priorities USA.

Looks like another liberal "white knight" that thinks "Black and brown" (what, no capitalization of the 'b' in brown?) voters are too stupid to know how to write their names.

Georgia closed many of their cheats without acknowledging they were going on.

Ah yes! Blacks are too stupid to sign their name.

Leftists are amazing with their over racism, but blacks never call them out on it.

So black and brown voters can't get a voter ID, and now they can't get pens?

WTF

They always just declare this shite. No evidence of why. No explanation of why. Just: “ Because I say so that’s why.” Because I say so stopped being an acceptable explanation to me when I was about 11.

Furthermore- I can’t remember which leftist dipshit it was on an earlier 2000 Mules thread who defended this ridiculous ballot drop box ballot laundromat idiocy by saying “they verify signatures in the clerk’s office.”

How someone’s wet ink signature is racist is beyond ABSURD.

These fricking people

I can't believe black people haven't created a complete fricking uprising in the Democratic party. For a a culture that is all about "respect" they sure do allow the Dems to treat them like they're the dumbest group of people on earth. According to Democrats this is what black folks can't do:

Get a valid state I.D.
Connect to the internet.
Drive a car.
Sign their own name.

The fact that the Democrats fight so hard against any measure to verify the legitimacy of a vote is all the proof that a rational mind should need that they are intent upon committing or continuing to commit vote fraud. They are a disgusting, immoral and un-American lot.
