This article is 100% spot on.

This is a deeply held religious belief of ours. If we can not sacrifice children according to our beliefs, then our rights are being infringed upon," said Sabrina Murlock, leader of the fringe religious cult. "We are willing to do anything that's necessary to protect our sacred rite of child murder."

The right to choose... death.
It would be less barbaric to have gladiators fight to the death. At least then all parties have an equal chance of survival. Abortion is just highly efficient slaughter.

Not a swing and miss at all.
It absolutely is a religious matter no matter how you look at it. And it is a key tenet of “progressive” secular religious belief (which they are too stupid to realize is a religious belief) that you can sacrifice your unborn child on the alter of your own comfort.

It is better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to open one’s mouth and remove all doubt.

They gave up on satire.
Now they report facts.
Sorry you don't like the facts.

What are the tenets of the progressive faith?
Abortion on demand
Man-made climate change
Redistribution of wealth
Cancel culture
Collectivism
Humans are not superior to other animals
Atheism/agnosticism
Did I miss anything?

When Adam Ford founded the Bee, it provided quality, clever satire that lampooned anyone who needed it, regardless of team jersey. Since the Seth Dillon purchase, it has become as boring and predictable as a Ben Garrison cartoon.

Judging by the downvotes I think it's I who struck the nerve

Kind of like your opinions I would say

Nope. They hit a three run homer, and you know it. Otherwise, you wouldn't have felt the need to comment.
