Multiple agencies are at the scene of the 4600 block of Plank Rd. in Baton Rouge. Officers were responding to the Save More convenience store on Plank Rd. for a man who had possibly pointed a gun in the store. When officers arrived, sources the gunman ran while shooting at the officers.
A perimeter is now set up in the Plank Rd. area as several agencies, including K-9 and the BRPD helicopter, search for the gunman.
This is a developing story and will be updated as more details become available.
