Heading back for the first time since I was 26 and have a little more money these days.
Staying at Bellagio.
Grabbed Reservations and Michael Mina and Barry's. Going to hit Cesar's buffet for breakfast.
Any other must do's food wise? Options are pretty overwhelming.

You are staying at the Bellagio. Here is my evening at the Bellagio. Have cocktails at the piano bar in the lobby while listening to Mr. Pheonix at the piano then have dinners at Spago where you can sit out on the terrace overlooking the fountains.

Jean Georges at the Aria! Order the A5 Japanese Wagyu striploin. You can thank me later.

Going June 1st and staying at the Venetian. Hash House A Go Go is my favorite spot for breakfast. My wife really wants to try Hell's Kitchen one night for dinner. Not sure where else we'll eat.

Food wise Vegas is priced as 5 star cuisine. It isn't close to that.

Las Vegas is a shockingly great place to eat if you leave the Strip.
Many of the Asian restaurants on Spring Mountain Drive (only a mile from the strip) are world-class and much cheaper than the food on the Strip. For various noodles, I like Mian and Shiang. There is no better place for authentic Japanese curry in the US than Zen. And there are wonderful sushi and Japanese/Korean bbq restaurants all over the Spring Mountain zone.
Raku is pricier but a very special place to have a unique Japanese meal. Generally, though, you have to reserve a spot well in advance.
For a great steak and cocktail, as well as an old school hole-in-the-wall atmosphere, go to Herbs and Rye. Sparrow + Wolf is another great place to get a drink, along with unique appetizers and entrees.
In case you find yourself in the Fremont Street area, it's worth walking a block or two to Le Thai (short rib fried rice) or Carson Kitchen (for American fare).
And if you have access to a car rental, Garlic Yuzu is simply astounding and worth the drive.

Been to Jean Georges and we prefer Gordon Ramsay's at Paris. Though in 2020 service wasn't great there. in 2018 it was awesome.

There is a “hidden” pizza place in the Cosmo. Solid NYC style pizza by the slice to soak up some alcohol late night/early morning. I wasn’t all that impressed with Eggslut. Granted, this was 5 years ago or so.

Go early for happy hour or late and steaks are 1/2 price. It's a cool place and not that far. Make reservations.

These are both delicious! Go before or after to The Laundry Room for craft cocktails in a speakeasy setting. You make a reservation online and then go into the bar through the Commonwealth.

Was there last month. Fun to go once. Long line and $50 for breakfast for two.

We had a car and went off strip for breakfast otherwise. A lot of great reasonably priced diners.

The wife and I are staying at the Mirage next week and I might have to check this out. Sitting on that terrace having dinner and a couple drinks sounds like a good time

I'll be in Vegas this weekend as well. My plans are:
Eataly
Hash House a Go Go
Ceasars Buffet
Pinball Museum
Lady Gaga Concert
Area 15
Chubby Cattle (restaurant)
Actually going to spend a fair amount of time relaxing, too.
This may be the first time I go to Vegas as a bachelor and not hit a gentleman's club.

Thanks for the Rec on that “hidden” pizza place at cosmo. Deep dish was awesome. This hotel is extraordinary! Just got here today.

Cosmo is good people watching. Walk the casino floor early in the AM hours to catch a peak at the high dollar call girls.
