Doesn't matter what race he is. If someone is pointing a gun at you, there are two options.
People like you are why these crimes are so prevalent btw. If all these people knew I have a 75% of being shot if I....car jacked, robbed a house, raped a girl, etc. There would be a lot less of it going on. Instead if I get caught I'll get 3 hots and a cot and get out early on good behavior or overcrowding.

Holy ignorant comment. I'm from LP. I'm more prejudiced to white trash from my history of living there and having to deal with it growing up. But go on generalizing about everyone who makes a comment about a race that is 13-14% of a population committing 50% of the violent crime. Black men will tell you the fatherless homes are the problem, not racist white people. Hell white liberals are almost as bad for the black community as fatherless homes now that I think about it.

This actually happens more than most people think. The NRA publishes eight to ten incidences per month in their magazine. MSM tends to bury these stories.

Who cares if it is a capital offense....that is a moot point. The state didn't execute the juvenile.
The juvenile was committing a violent crime...not a property crime.
The victim (who is the shooter) had the right to protect himself and use deadly force to protect himself. And good for him...the victim was able to get away unhurt.
This capital offense crap is silly.
