No lie. I don't know what is up federal's a** but they basically stopped making it. Hornaday does make some but I don't shoot those.

Why didn't you guys buy the great and proven 308 instead of screwing around with the 7mm-08?
If you had done that, you wouldn't be scrounging around for ammo now.
And don't tell me because of the difference in recoil. There isn't that much.
And don't tell me because of a slight ballistic coefficient advantage of the 7mm caliber vs the 30 caliber at long ranges.
Very, very few people have any business shooting at something over 250-300 yards away. It is very unsporting to do so.

Yeah. There's a few out there but it's kind of take what you can get. I usually shoot Fusions and they are non existent. .308 same thing is $20 cheaper too.

Forget 7mm-08... Where the hell can a man get some 410 shells?
Seems to be extremely barren out there for months.

TLDR: wikiarms is a good tool use it to keep retailers honest at the very least.
I have used wikiarms a lot. I have purchased from multiple online stores with no issue. Hope it works out for you.
I like using the site to check pricing periodically, it will at the least keep you in the loop as to fair pricing providing you are making a purchase locally or via any adds that pop up in your email.
The site is especially helpful for hard to find stuff. Years ago when people couldn't get any form of .22 I had/have it stacked to the ceiling. Shorts, LR & WMR same with subsonic 300blk.
I would assume they "vet" the retailers that use their site. I like that you can search price by round as well. I don't want to insult anyone's intelligence but as a heads up check several sites because some retailers will have free shipping but a higher price per round.

You would think I own stock in the company, it's not that. I enjoy helping people when I can. I'm not the sharpest tool but if I "know" something I like to share it, so there is this ---> You can use the site for firearms too.
I found a deal on a Kel-tec PMR (22WMR pistol 30 round mags) for 399.00 @ Rural King. Just lucked into it. I liked it so much I had to have the rifle version (interchangeable mags) I go to wikiarms on several occasions and eventually found one offered for 395.00.

You've got some good options:
1. Become friends w/ an experienced handloader.
2. Start handloading.
3. Sell it to a bandleader who'll be happy to have it.
