Prices in our office cafeteria went up by $1.10 today on pretty much everything.

Paid $52 to fill up my Acura yesterday.

The cost of lunch and gas is now "political"?

If all you have to complain about is your lunch going up 5$ a week you’re better off than many people right now.

You guys saw the news story about the 82 year old baw with dementia in Gonzales that shot his wife? Well I’m hoping the leader of the free world doesn’t do something like that.

(This is more about age and mental condition than politics)

Idk man, I got a good chuckle after watching a masked covidian with a “coexist” sticker on their 05 Altima look utterly defeated as she filled up $5 in gas.

We just spent $260 on groceries that we would have gotten a few years ago for $180 or so.

Exactly.

With that said… It is funny though that I saw a super liberal colleague of mine bitching that the tax return they got back was much less than last year when they had the same salary and really no changes to anything that would change what they input in turbo tax. I thought it was funny.
I laugh every time a liberal bitches about inflation and feeling like they are getting poorer and poorer while making the same amount of money. I wont even waste my breath anymore.

Edit: Tax refund*

The products and services I provide are both petroleum based, and require fuel to ship them and deliver them, so that would be every day I get up, and right now, every month or so with more and more price increases. That’s not to mention the increased fuel cost it takes for me to see customers and run around the place during the day.

Besides that of course, if Brandon keeps rattling sabres and we end up in a nuclear exchange with Mother Russia, it could affect all of us a lot more than it does at present.
