I personally like him. Its corny but its endearing

I’ve interacted with him in a business setting IRL many times and he’s just a great person. I’ve never met a media personality that’s more humble and kind. I’m not seeing why anyone would dislike him, I’m obviously biased but you’d have to be a miserable person to not find him entertaining

Lynn Rollins was doing football in '82?

Tigervision. Unless it was another color guy who had the same personality. Perhaps someone on here remembers the Tigervision color guy from 1982 if it wasn’t Rollins.

‘He’s more nervous then a long tailed cat in a room full of rocking chairs’. Don’t care if it’s considered hokey. It’s a very enjoyable baseball experience to listen to him, especially with Ben.

He needs to find something other than "pucker up and kiss that baby goodbye" after every home run.

I like the fire ant quip.

Lynn Rollins is a corny hoke-arse geek.

But, he's OUR corny hoke-arse LSU-loving geek.

they were bland and boring, but they gave LSU props. They didn't go overboard on the hommie stuff. Most of you guys on this board are just negative people.

Rollins is really good. Goofy is his thing but he is really good on play by play and great quips. Paired with Ben is pure gold.

Yup

He had one a couple weeks ago that got me good.

Because baseball, a lot like soccer, is an inherently boring game interrupted by brief periods of extreme excitement and tension. You need something to break up the monotony and boredom.
