Seems like 30-45mins a few days a week is asking too much.

Don't have time but can spend 2hrs watching Netflix.

I don't get it...

Exercising takes effort, watching tv does not.

We live in a non-stop, work consuming environment. If single, more free time. If married with kids, I imagine most people are running wild.

ETA: Real reason - we love the fats.

Obviously because it turns you into a right wing extremist.

Cuts into my masturbation time. Naw really though, this isn’t exactly a new conundrum. I’m sure it’s been a thing just as long as exercising’s been a thing.

Seems a strange thing to be thinking about at 10:30 on a Friday night.

Traditional exercise is not really fun. I had to try lots of different kinds of physical activity before I found some that I really love to do.

I exercise 5 of 7 days. I have hip pain and don't like exercising anymore. I just know if i stop, it would probably take me out with a quickness. My genetics are not the best for longevity.

Because it damages your body and is not necessary.

What’s so hard to get? Would you not rather watch tv or drink some beer sitting on the porch? Working out isn’t bad but it’s much easier to do other things.

MSNBC told me exercise is for hyper racist white supremacists.

Because it isn't fun. When you were a kid exercising was fun because you didn't realize you were excercising.

I think it's fun, but I treat it like a game to earn tasty snacks.

It can be, but you have to get away from the monotony of treadmills and the drudgery lifting. That's not to say some people don't enjoy those activities but for most people they are boring.
