Do you consider Michigan State basketball blue blood?

My obvious blue bloods are Kentucky, UNC, Duke and Kansas
But I have a hard time with Michigan State and the same goes for UCLA. Indiana, Louisville and Syracuse.
.
How do you categorize MSU and these others- blue blood or second tier?

Thanks for identifying yourself so readily. I will gladly disregard everything you post from here on out.

I have a wider list than most
Duke, UNC, Kentucky, Kansas, UCLA, Indiana, and Michigan State
Louisville and Syracuse miss out

MSU just doesn’t have the hardware as the others.

Cincinnati is more of a blue blood than Michigan St. You can argue Michigan and MSU are on same level historically

I think there are six “blue bloods”: UK, UNC, Duke, Kansas, UCLA and Indiana.
I think MSU’s in the next tier, along with programs like Arizona, Syracuse, Louisville and Georgetown (Georgetown has maybe fallen a tier recently, but these types of tiers are not very fluid, and I still think highly of Georgetown as a program). You can argue programs like Villanova and Gonzaga have also worked their way into that tier in recent years.

UCLA basketball is like ND football. Their glory days are well in the past and they're mostly average nowadays with every now and then making some serious noise. Some recent final fours since 2000 for UCLA, recent playoff appearances/BCS CG appearances for ND but neither was able to actually win the title those years.
But they're absolutely still blue bloods. Their history is too rich to ignore and were instrumental in their respective sports becoming as big as they are.

No

Kansas, UCLA, Duke, Kentucky, and UNC are the 1st tier
then I still have the following ahead of Michigan State
Louisville (3 championships), Indiana (2 championships/1 runner up) Syracuse (1 Champion/twice runner up), since '80

Michigan State yes.
Syracuse no.
UCLA? As much as I dislike WestCoastAg, yes, they are a blue blood.

MSU is New Money, if it even makes the list

I'd say blue bloods are Duke, UNC, UCLA and UK. UCLA being #1. Kansas is next tier.
ETA
Edit to put Indiana as a blue blood.

National Titles
Louisville 3
Indiana 5
Final Fours
Louisville 10
Indiana 8
NCAA Tournament Appearances
Louisville 43
Indiana 40
Louisville has been a lot more relevant than IU the last couple decades. One more title and we pass them
