Trump says Mo Brooks is ‘disappointing,’ may pull Senate endorsement

Former President Donald Trump described U.S. Rep. Mo Brooks as “disappointing” in an interview with a Washington newspaper Tuesday night.
The Washington Examiner published on Wednesday extensive remarks from Trump about Brooks, whom Trump has endorsed in Alabama’s U.S. Senate race.
Trump told the Examiner he may pull his backing of Brooks.
It’s the first time Trump has publicly criticized Brooks, though there have been rumblings that the former president was not pleased in recent months dating to comments Brooks made at a Cullman rally with Trump in attendance. Brooks urged the crowd to look forward and not look back on the 2020 presidential election, which both Trump and Brooks have said was rife with election theft and voter fraud.
No evidence has been presented that indicates widespread tampering with the election results.
“I’m disappointed that he gave an inarticulate answer, and I’ll have to find out what he means,” Trump told the Examiner, referring to Brooks’ remarks at the Cullman rally last August. “If it meant what he sounded like, I would have no problem changing [my endorsement] because when you endorse somebody, you endorse somebody based on principle. If he changed that principle, I would have no problem doing that.”
Brooks, whose Senate campaign has made Trump’s endorsement the centerpiece, was the first member of Congress in December 2020 to state publicly plans to object to the election results.

Not brave. He can't stand losers or to be a loser.

As generally a Trump supporter, he can get his arse down there and rally for him or STFU. Brooks is in a race with two globalist purchased drones. If Trump throws his support behind one of them, he's basically a fraud in my eyes and I'll join those screaming for Ron Desantis in 24.

Durant is a Britt plant. It's Britts to lose. Still undecided who I'm voting for.

It's time to move beyond him. I ignore all the messages and mail to join his social media company or for his political needs. I'd like to see somebody else. I'm sorry to those of you who can't move past him. I think he may get the nomination but I don't think he can win. And then he will be done and too old to run in 2028.
Also, if he runs and say he declares in December 2022, then can he give a speech apart from a rally that outlines the needs we have as a society. Can he outline his thoughts on the world instead of trying to get back at or insult his perceived enemies?

Like Trump or not he is the perfect person to put not just the country but the world on track. Once Trump is in office all the Despots around the world will have to behave and go back into quite mode. He will also get immigration and the economy back in shape. Trumps biggest impact though will be on the world stage though. We need that the most. The bad guys around the world take DJT very seriously and have a healthy fear of him. Enemies fear him and our allies know he will lead. Our Allies may appreciate DJT a lot more this next time around than they did his first term. After the Afghanistan debacle and America leading from behind on Russia the past year I think Trump will be a breath of fresh air to all our allies around the world.

How about you limit it to swing states which decided the election?

Amazing attributes from a man who kinda has a ton of Ls on his side.
I mean, Papa Bush, Old Man Carter and He are the only incumbents who didn’t win an election in my lifetime - losses follow that man
