Has there ever been a Spring Practice with so many unknowns?

I can't remember having so many new names and faces across the board and wondering how it will all pan out.

I think last year we all wanted to know CEO’s Milf Depth Chart

2020 runs a close race. I can say I am more confident in a positive out come this spring.

Given that we have an essentially entirely new coaching staff to go with a ton of position battles/ player turnover, I'm gonna say no (at least not in recent memory).
The 2018 offense comes to mind because pretty much everyone who had put up stats the previous year was gone, but this is different.

I know one thing.
All the recruits are saying how organized this staff is.
They were saying how dysfunctional the last staff was.
Do y'all remember seeing peetz in the booth after getting yelled at by o?

Went through the list of DBs today, and felt like first day of school.
Nice to meet you
Where is rest room
...kinda stuff.

2018 offensively was very much an unknown. The QB for that team wasn’t even in the building during the spring.

Hey do you know what ever came about with the rams and their interest in Hankton? I remember seeing where they contacted LSU to request an interview; but I didn’t ever see what ended up happening with that… I’m guessing it was nothing??

Players: Growth and development of returners, and impact of transfers & recruits. Can't wait to see who is going to be the most dynamic at their position groups and get on the field.
NEW Coaches: Synchronization of efforts across the board - conditioning, practice, game prep, and game day execution (with adjustments).
Biggest question mark IMO is the OL. If they come together and give our QB time to make plays (drive the ball downfield), and our RBs a crease, we will surprise quite a few teams and pundits this year.

Every year with Miles was a toss up going into the game. The reality was he just ran the toss dive.

Apparently that was the only thing on O’s mind as well

Nice! I was/am looking forward to see what he can do with Denbrock’s offense.
Preciate it.

Three outcomes I'm sure of:
1) JJ is throwing it so well
2) Richard Murphy looks really great - poised for a big year
3) Defense looks better than it did anytime in our history.

My biggest concern is who will be the starter at QB and on the OL.

I'm just looking forward to seeing a good product on the field, both offensively and defensively.
The last two years have been extremely painful.

A few of my thoughts. The O line. Can it be dominant enough or just another year of "run for your life?" ... D line. We look like we can be dominant up front. We better be. ... LBs Baskerville was a huge re recruit. He and Jones sound like a good gruesome twosome but where's the depth? I recall stories of Josh White, but he's been hurt, I believe. Sampah? Penn? We all expect Perkins to play. But where and how will he be utilized. Tolan Frosh from Fla. Small? I'm sure I'm missing others but I'm concerned more about depth here... DBs. ??? There's so many new names that this will be interesting to see who is who. It should be an interesting spring.

Biggest question mark IMO is the OL
I think Dellinger wins the Center spot and will be the next Ethan Pocic.
Martinez starts at one the Guards and will be the back-up Center.
Barring injuries, this will be the best OL in a long time.
Lets see what Brad Davis can do with them.
No more excuses..........
