Let me make this clear, Biden started this war. Ukraine was not a memberr of NATO and never wanted to be. Biden pushed the issue after Putin told him to stop. Biden Pushed the issue and Putin reacted. It would be the same as Putin asking Mexico to join the USSR

Ermmm...Ukraine started the process as far back as 2008 so "never wanted it" is not true.
With that said...ANY current NATO member can block a new member from joining. It only takes one country to say no. Any of the 30 or so NATO countries could have spoken up and said Ukraine would never be a NATO member.
All of this could have been stopped as far back as Bill Clinton.
This is occurring now because Biden is weak and ineffective.

But to what end? What value reward would those countries impart to NATO? What risk would their inclusion entail? Apparently those questions did not occur to Condi and W during the 2008 Bucharest Summit Declaration as NATO matter-of-factly declared Ukraine & Georgia "will become members of NATO." Nor did such questions apparently occur to Obama or Biden.
So yes, Biden played footsie with Zelensky on the NATO issue, and yes that started the war.
