Nurse aide accused of sexually assaulting three elderly men at facility

The court records also allege Ford was well aware that their "ability to consent or resist was substantially impaired because of a mental or physical condition or because of advanced age."
No pic in the story, and given that she had to resort to this we might not want one!
I refuse to believe that a 23 year old woman couldn't someone that would have sex with her.
