No, 3% of adverse reactions were fatal. Not 3% of people taking the vaccine.
Am I reading that 1,223 people died out of 10.7B doses given? If so, that is essentially a 0% chance of dying.

No. This is only through February of 2021. It's the trial data the FDA and Pfizer tried to hide for 90 years but was ruled to be released through a FOIA request and a judge ruling on it. It says so in the report
