He seemed a lot more spry in the video playing with his dog on the beach in Delaware few months ago, considering how hard it is to walk on sand in shoes, when you're 78.

Where walking comes natural to normal brain functioning people, those with diminished brain activity have to think about EVERY step they take unless they want to fall. It's elder abuse that this man has the duties of the POTUS.
