5% less effective against severe disease than standard of care.

Standard of care is nothing.

I see they only used ivermectin. No zinc, d3, pepcid, or anything else, just ivermectin alone.

JAMA

A 480 person study in Malaysia. With millions of Covid cases across the planet...this is what they go with.

The MSM is already aaallllll over this also.

What a joke.

If you look at the reported numbers in the study, the Ivermectin group was far less likely to be intubated, end up in the ICU, and die. The conclusion and headlines don't match the data

Then it’s a useless study

Ivermectin works when used at onset of symptoms (early treatment) to reduce hospitalization and death.

Still no reason not to give it to someone. So, it doesn't work, look at all the things they tried that didnt work on patients that die from Covid.

The resistance to Ivermectin is all I need to know to believe it works.

The good news is since it doesn’t work and is a harmless drug maybe it could be made easier to prescribe.

I’m living proof ivermectin works and works extremely well. I’ll go with my own study instead.

And yet it is considered a good therapeutic by many physicians and Louisiana has a cartel of rebellious doctors willing to prescribe and pharmacists willing to sell the cheap 2 dollar drug, because big box stores won't allow it and the state board has gone out of its way to stop physicians from using it.

Hmmmmm.

It’s like hcq.

Doctors really fricked up here. Well it doesn’t work when the person is already dead.

No shite.

382 HCQ COVID-19 studies, 286 peer reviewed, 314 comparing treatment and control groups. HCQ is not effective when used very late with high dosages over a long period (RECOVERY/SOLIDARITY), effectiveness improves with earlier usage and improved dosing. Early treatment consistently shows positive effects. Negative evaluations typically ignore treatment time, often focusing on a subset of late stage studies.

I took Ivermectin..... the only thing I didn't like was being put in the squeeze chute to take it.

There’s a massive nation wide study of over 15,000 patients at numerous facilities being directed by Duke currently. Sometime later this year we’ll have an unmatched study on this topic in terms of size and design.

Haven’t read the study….was ivermectin administered after the patient was hospitalized or was it administered as a prophylactic or within a few days of diagnosis? If ivermectin was given after the virus was already causing severe infection I would agree with the study because that’s the same data the other ivermectin deniers have released citing other studies, they did they same with HCQ.
