Canada is fixing to really cross the line

This is the most peaceful protest of protests lately and they're fixing to use military grade equipment on the protestors. This is why we have the 2A ladies, gents, and transitioners.

This is coming on the heels of their government locking down bank accounts of peaceful protestors. This could be our reality very soon as our conditions continue to regress.

they should start holding up black lives matter signs. The media would feel obligated to defend the protesters and criticize the police then.

A border nation who previously enjoyed at least the perception of a free democracy is turning into a police state before our eyes, and there are people here who support it. Imagine being one of those people. Is it the frog in a pot of increasingly hot water situation, or are they terrible people? Maybe both?

I'm as conservative as it gets, but
No matter what the protest is about, when you start shutting down city streets and highways, therefore parts of my life, it's time to break it up.
I wouldn't find this acceptable for BLM, so I can't find it acceptable for other reasons either. Maybe a week, but eventually life has to carry on unless a larger part of the population joins in the movement.

The biggest difference here is the Canadian truckers simply stopped what they did to contribute to society. BLM protesters contribute absolutely nothing, so they are simply a nuisance with no real skin in the game, if you can pardon the pun.

Then you will give your child a worse world than you came into. This is cowardice pure and simple. Protecting freedom doesn't mean advocating for it until the moment of major inconvenience and then fold like a coward. You know what's a lot more inconvenient than having your streets clogged up by people protesting for freedom? The people that literally died to bring you that freedom. We live in an era of cowards.

These people are protesting a tyrannical government forcing people to get chemicals we don’t know the long term effects of (thalidomide says hey) into their bodies in order to work and live.
