Not sure why this is a news article. You can have breast tissue anywhere along the milk line (which goes from the groin to the armpit).

Unrelated, but ive always wondered.. Why is it acceptable, as a guy , to say ‘I like legs’.. people then assume you like taller women with long legs.. But how come you cant say “I like armpits”, and if you do, people think ur a weirdo ?
