How do I purchase a ring in the next month with absolutely ZERO experience in the realm? Expecting great advice here. Make roughly $120k/yr, since I'm sure I'm about to be asked what my budget is.

Buy a decent, practical ring and save the money. Revisit the idea of an expensive ring 10-15 years down the road if she turns out to be an actual keeper.
