I teach 7th grade. Most of my male students are bigger than I am.

My 8th grade son is taller and bigger than me. I could still whoop his arse, only because I understand there are not rules in a fight.

We plan around company-level engagements here at Nieu Fuhrerbunker. That said, against middle schoolers we'd expect to be able to hold off an entire battalion.

This is a truly a sad story.
The coach tells the kids they can’t ride dirt bikes on the school property. They didn’t like being told no, so they (and friends) beat him for telling them to get lost.
And what could the coach have done? This would be a completely different story if he had fought back.

I mean if he can’t beat up some middle schoolers why is he allowed to teach sports

I don’t know the guy, but physically… sure, I would expect a coach to handle business.
Had he whipped them though, every single one of them would have become saints and the world would be crying. He’d be facing charges, lawsuits, death threats, and most certainly, a future of never being able to coach again.
