Imagine being this pretentious

WalMart has like 30 self checkouts. I can be in and out of there quickly, even on a Saturday afternoon

I don't go in to the store very often but I do grocery pickup at Walmart. We generally go to a local store and get meat and produce but it's the same stuff you get everywhere else but cheaper.

I don't go to Walmart anymore. I'd rather pay more for my groceries at Albertsons of Rouses and buy whatever else I need off of Amazon.

It's a complete shite show every time I have been to Walmart in the last year.

Could not image stooping that low

I haven’t been to a Walmart in years, but i cant be that much of a snob since i actually find myself in Dollar Tree, of all places, a couple times of year.. mostly I go around Christmas since they have awesome, huge gift bags for a dollar that save me from ever having to wrap a single present .

Yep. Probably the one employee at a store that can make a decent living.

Considering I make it a point to not shop at trashy establishments, it's irrelevant how walmart shoppers handling checking out.

They should have extra revenue to pay employees more, now that we (public) are performing duty of check out.

Walmart app and pickup FTW.

You can have your $4 canned goods that Walmart provides for $2.50.

Eh. I did grocery pickup from the neighborhood version by my house for a few months, and ultimately stopped because I was starting to have to sit half an hour or more in my car before they came out. Defeated the purpose.

I've done delivery a few times when having large gatherings at my house, since Walmart's price savings come into play a bit more for those sized orders. There's always at least 1 item missing, however. I accept that going in.

Sprouts and Fresh Market are my current go-to grocery spots.

Target probably has half the inventory on the shelves they did 24 months ago.

Think they are all trying to push online so they can reduce footprint and labor costs.

It is what you make it. If your resourceful, because they're not, it's manageable. If they ever get rid of self checkout I'm out for good.

our sales at WMT jumped some 200% last year, and they are increasing. I guess people are buying shiat online and staying out of the stores because they are so dangerous.

or maybe you live near a shitty Walmart?

The whole company is cheap AF. Workers don’t have the equipment they need to get the job done and those that already work hard are continuously asked to push harder. The buildings themselves are falling apart, too. It’s just an all-around shite show.

Sounds like a microcosm of the country as a whole right now. Shout out to Joe and China. And by shout out I mean a sincere frick you.

The Super Walmarts in BR are all crappy. Some of the Neighborhood Markets aren't too bad.

They use taxpayers money to supplement their workers salaries - in an alternate universe, this would be called socialism
