Quite possibly the worst example of officiating in NBA history took place tonight

Summary:
Cavs @ Charlotte.
Cavs lead by 10, with just under five minutes left the game.
Hornets' Oubre Jr misses a three and the ball goes out of bounds off the Cavs' Wade. Baseline official clearly calls the ball OOB. The ball finds its way to the corner where Hornet's Rozier shoots a practice three-point attempt about three seconds after the OOB call. Sideline official calls bench interference on Cleveland and awards the three pointer (even though the practice shot was missed) plus a free throw. Turns into a four-point play for Charlotte.
After the game the two minute report cited a "miscommunication between officials".
Gotta love it.

I mean it's the N.B.A. so who cares. Not like it was something important like Jai alai.

The call is fricked.
But it’s not an example of the worst nba officiating.
The whistle is the main thing here. The refs got together and fricked that right up. But shite whistles happen all the time in the nfl.
Bad call
Bad group talk by the refs
Retarded swipe at the ball by some player not in the game

I agree. That’s the worst I have ever seen at the nba level. The Cleveland coach should have Bobby knighted a chair in disgust.

The best part is that Ed Davis was -4 in 0 minutes.
Davis never actually got in the game but the bullshite 3 points plus the tech free throw was given to the Hornets because Davis was the one who reached for Rozier when Rozier took the shot after the whistle and missed.
The bad calls didn't stop there. At the end of the game Hayward got mugged on a rebound attempt right in front of a ref but nothing was called. Then on the other end they said Kevin Love was in the act of shooting when he got grabbed on a rebound even though he clearly wasn't under the rule that was put in a few years ago. He sunk 2 free throws to win the game.

So you are on the More Sports Board coming in to a thread about one of the 3 "big" sports to tell someone that the sport doesn't matter?
Man...every board on this site is turning in to the PT Board lite because of lunatics like yourself who can't separate politics from anything.

Still not as bad as college officiating.

Perhaps he likes Jai alai more. It is a sport as well. This is the More sports board, is it not? Perhaps you should leave your xenophobic leanings on the PT board.
Oh, one more thing, that call sucked.

Just watching that is frustrating. I would’ve exploded if I was coaching.

O_o
He missed the shot and they still gave them 3 points?

Just a morning troll.
The downvotes show my bait, while not typical, was effective.
