So who is funding these charter flights and why can't we get more information?

Don't Republicans on Congress have oversight over our agencies? Who is funding these flights and relocation efforts? Under what laws allow this activity?

Don't be surprised if their using Congressionally purposed monies from a myriad of programs that have nothing to do with illegal immigration. The Infrastructure Law, dark Pentagon money, etc....
