Isn’t “foreign corporation” used when an out of state based company registers to do business via the secretary of states office in another state?
It is for payroll and unemployment registration I believe.
The bigger issue is why is the Catholic Church facilitating human trafficking.

There’s a whole cottage industry making millions and millions from illegal aliens. The Catholic Church is primarily the boots on the ground. They are using the system to replace their dwindling white base with brown folks.

I haven’t looked closely at the industry, but the few companies I have looked at wrap themselves in religion, as a dodge. They’re businesses, and they’re in it to make money.

Anna Gallagher is probably Catholic, or has Catholic roots. But she’s probably a fig leaf.
She apparently helped found another group in the late eighties early nineties with Peter Schey.

yes, we wouid have to dig even deeper to unspool all of the different layers and entities of this network
there is another “lutheran” corporation just like this one involved in the same legal services industry for settling border crossers
the bigger part is these companies are contracted by the US Govt for this, so we as taxpayers are paying for it in more ways than one

In 2019 I had some work in Brownsville, TX.
I got to town a little early and stopped at a Starbucks by my hotel. It was filled with bumper stickers of “impeach 45.” Love trumps hate,” “Notorious RBG,” and rainbow stickers. Funniest one was Pro Choice Pro Equality Christian.
Go inside and I can blatantly ID the people to the cars. None of them are Hispanic.
Brownsville votes D but there isn’t that type of vitriol in their politics.
I go to my hotel and it’s FUMC Austin. I go to the happy hour and overhear a “planning session.”
It’s the group taking about how to smuggle people over and coaching them on what to say if they get caught. Blatant fraud.

They have been corrupted and are rotten to the core. Why would a church with dozens of priests caught in sex scandals, often with underage children, be involved in human trafficking? Seems pretty clear cut to me. Disgusting for sure, but not hard to connect the dots.
