You trying to justify/critique her position based on her likes? Lifestyle? Looks? Or all of the above.

When they announced they were searching for a Chief Equity candidate, I was expecting this as our finalist:

So I was pleasantly surprised with who they chose.

No, you blind sheep. It’s because of this:

chief equity and academic officer:

Any person hired for a Chief Equity and Academic Officer SHOULD BE highly scrutinized.

Equity is Marxist ideology, period!

Exactly. I guess I expected better reading comprehension skills from the OT. I tried to emphasize my distaste for the made-up position but my surprise of who appears to be a based pick.

A pointless position based on make believe. I'd be upset my tax $ are being spent on this idiocy.

You are such a loser

Hiring someone who’s job it is to “look for racism” is going to find racism even if none exists.

You think they are going to say “hey this school district actually doesn’t have a lot of racism”

I worked with Marlena for 5 years in banking while she was getting her undergrad at LSU, and I attended her wedding. She's genuinely a good person.

This is the most logical reason for these new types of positions. If we didn't have racist dickbags like the OP, maybe we wouldn't need to have these types of positions in our schools.

What do these people do other than tell kids they suck because of their skin color?
