Is Josh Allen the most physically gifted QB ever?

Between his size, arm strength, and running ability, I say possibly. An argument could be made for Michael Vick as well, obviously the size isn’t there and arm not quite as strong, but still a cannon and running ability was off the charts. I could see an argument for Mahomes as well. What say you?

Legs - Michael Vick
Arm - Jamarcus Russell
Accuracy- Drew Brees
Physicality - Cam Newton

Josh has a little bit of all of them, but Newton is a true physical phenom.

Jeff George. Monster talent. If he wouldn't have transfered, he would have been in the same draft as Aikman and drafted before him, #1. So he would have been a Cowboy and all that went with it. He had the arm, size, intelligence and mobility. Had a shite attitude though..

Vick is the answer IMO. Allen is up there though

Randall Cunningham is up there too. He was an elite track athlete in several events (high jump, hurdles, etc). He had amazing arm strength too. Also was an all american punter in college that had 90 yd punt in the pros.

He's not #1 but he's up there, anyone saying otherwise hasn't watched him

He's fast, he's strong, his arm is fricking huge. He's a monster.

Ive never heard anyone knock his arm strength. The guy was wizzing balls in to his receivers that had them complaining

I said this last week.

His size, arm, speed, and body control have to make him top 3 at a min. I want to hear the other options of pure, physical talent.

Underrated on the pure talent rating scale is Michael Bishop from KSU

Andrew Luck and Justin Herbert deserve an honorable mention. Both are big, strong, fast dudes with rocket arms.

Bledsoe was a statue, but he had literally every other attribute you'd want out of a QB.

I'd also say Favre is up there, except for being a dumbass every now and then.

Rodgers is also Josh Allen with a different running style.

Patrick Mahomes

I don't care for the Chiefs, but this dude is unreal. Even while he was getting pounded by Tampa's defensive line he was still throwing 30 yard lasers to his receivers while falling down. If they'd actually catch them the game would have been much closer.

In terms of pure athleticism? Michael Vick and it's not even close. Dude was the ultimate dual-threat QB with a big body and blazing speed. Unfortunately he played in the NFL long before NFL coaches started getting away from prototypical prostyle playbooks.
